A new work by two of Hardline's creators, Redpatch was mounted this year in a workshop production March 9-12 2016 at Presentation House Theatre on Vancouver's north shore, a Second time as a "World Premiere" but with the same "workshop level" costuming, and finally ar The Citadel, Edmonton 2018 & The Arts Club 2019, Vancouver. Our focus throughout was design elements and movements. Basic "uniforms" were created with a few specific pieces to experiment with speed of changes for one character, atmosphere and also to test how little was "enough" with a mind to both future "main stage" productions as well as touring possibilities. The demands of the play required kneepads under costumes and bare feet were employed to facilitate the dance/movement aspects.
