These are some of the challenges facing the designer in this installment of 4Play.
On my side were some of the most talented students I have ever worked with, building two nightmare room dividers, hanging rotating frames, a "memory bookcase" as much art as prop, first timers painting wood grain floorboards peeking through "years" of old paint where no floorboards actually exist.
With help like this a designer can go anywhere.
Kudos and sincere thanks to the set, paint, and props crews for tireless dedication and talent and to 4 generous directors whose ideas and suggestions aided not only "their" play but the whole.

- A home filled with memories and the terror of loosing them, rooms of isolation and perhaps connection.
- A post-apocalyptic limbo.
- An art gallery in which art doesn't just imitate life, sometimes it comes to life.
- 4 different worlds, 4 directors, 8 playwrights.
